If you’re 18 or older and have Down syndrome, you and your parents are invited to an unforgettable weekend at the DSACO Adult Conference! Thanks to the generous support of Philipps & Graham, LLC, we are planning an exciting experience from Friday to Sunday, August 8-10, at the beautiful, newly renovated Deer Creek Lodge & Conference Center in Mt. Sterling, Ohio. Get ready for a weekend filled with learning, laughter, and lasting connections — including a bonfire and s’mores Friday night plus a dance party on Saturday night! 

Registration is available through Thursday, July 17.

DSACO is committed to ensuring all families can access this conference without barriers. To waive the registration fee due to financial hardship, please reach out to Boo Krucky at ekrucky@dsaco.net.

Discounted Room Reservations:

DSACO is pleased to offer our Adult Conference attendees a discounted block of rooms available for reservation through July 17. While Deer Creek’s regular rate during our stay is $209-$259 per night, DSACO has arranged for everyone in our group to receive a discounted rate of $189 per night. For DSACO members, DSACO will also partially subsidize that discounted rate. When you make your reservation, you will be quoted the DSACO discounted rate of $189 per night. When it is time for you to check out and pay, you will only be charged $139 per night plus taxes and fees.

To make your Deer Creek room reservation:

1.      Call 740-869-2020.

2.     Select the front desk option.

3.     Tell them the dates of when you’ll be staying.

4.    Tell them our discount code DSACO or DC589.

Conference cancellations before Tuesday, August 5, at 6:00pm will receive a refund for any registration fees collected. We’re sorry, but last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours from the conference start time) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds. Room cancellations are handled directly with Deer Creek.
