Lucy Maddrill
Volunteer & Events Coordinator
Lucy first became part of the DSACO family in 2023 as our Event and Marketing Intern, where she helped to plan and coordinate our major fundraising and social events. After a brief break over the summer, she was eager to return and embrace the Volunteer Coordinator role. Where she has a focus on volunteer engagement that attracts, retains, and empowers volunteers to support our mission of enhancing the lives of people with Down syndrome and their families. Prior to working at DSACO, she served as the head coach for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati’s cheer team in 2018. She is so grateful to have been a part of both communities and to return to DSACO.
Currently a senior at The Ohio State University, Lucy is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing at The Fisher School of Business. She is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead after her graduation in May. Outside of work and studies, Lucy loves traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants in the Columbus area.
