When you sign up for the Kroger Community Rewards Program, each time you shop at Kroger, simply use your Kroger plus card and you are making a donation to DSACO.

- Go online to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click on Sign In or Create an Account
- Follow the steps
Step 2
- Click the link in your confirmation email and follow the instructions.
Step 3
- Follow Step 1 again and verify your Kroger Plus card number and click Save Changes
- Confirm your contact information and click Save Changes
- Enter our number JK677 and select DOWN SYNDROME ASSO CTR.OH
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
